Administrative Assistant to the Deans

The Administrative Assistant to the Deans assists in the maintaining of the daily attendance records for all students. The Administrative Assistant to the Deans also assists in answering questions brought to the Dean's office by students/parents and directing students/parents with issues under the purview of the Deans.

Qualified applicants must possess the following skills/experience:

  • Possess proficiency in computer technology; database experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate patience and must have the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Express good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks as necessary.
  • Support the mission of the school.
  • Ability to work with a variety of constituent groups (students, parents, teachers, administrators, etc.).
