On the southwest side of our campus, you will see 20 new trees planted yesterday. This is our new fruit orchard, which will complement the incredible work of our Elijah's Garden. In just a couple of years, these trees will produce a bountiful harvest of organic apples, pears, peaches and plums, and we intend to supplement the Santa Maria del Popolo and the St. Joe's Food Pantry. This orchard was made possible thanks to the Carmelite JPIC Grant.
